Refund & Exchange Policy – Kicks Souk

At Kicks Souk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We offer 7 days exchange from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received an incorrect size

  • You received the wrong color

  • You want to change the color or size

Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags, box, and accessories must be intact

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once a purchase is made, it can only be exchanged, not refunded.

Important Notes

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
